Automatic Tissue Palletizer

This equipment is specifically designed for the post-packaging stage of tissue production lines. It automatically stacks finished tissue
products (facial tissues, toilet rolls, boxed tissues, kitchen towels, etc.) onto pallets according to preset layer patterns and stacking heights,
replacing manual palletizing.

Main Functions:

• Automatically identifies incoming products with gentle gripping to avoid damaging tissue packaging

• Stacks layer by layer according to preset pallet patterns, compatible with various pallet sizes

• Integrates with upstream conveyors, stretch wrappers, and case sealers for a fully automated line
