A fully automatic toilet paper production line is an integrated system designed to transform large jumbo rolls of paper into finished, consumer-ready toilet paper rolls. The core process involves three key stages:
1. Rewinding: A high-speed rewinder machine unwinds the parent jumbo roll, performs precise embossing (for texture and strength), glues the tail, and cuts the long web into individual log rolls of the desired width and length.
2. Log Sawing:The continuous log rolls are then transferred to a log saw machine, which accurately cuts them into individual toilet paper rolls.
3. Packing: Finally, the rolls are automatically wrapped, bundled, and case-packed for shipping and sale.
